Meditation: Resting in God’s Hope
Find a quiet space and sit comfortably, closing your eyes if it feels right. Take three deep breaths, inviting God’s presence. Visualize a dark valley brightened by a radiant light, symbolizing God’s hope. Recall a moment when God lifted you from despair—perhaps a kind gesture or an answered prayer. Whisper, “Thank You, Lord.” Now, imagine placing your hopeless situation—illness, loss, or struggle—into Jesus’ hands. Hear Him say, “With God all things are possible” (Matthew 19:26). Feel His hope renewing your heart. Spend five minutes in silence, resting in His mercy. End by praying, “Lord, I entrust my hopeless case to You. Fill me with Your hope.” Open your eyes, carrying this hope into your day. Repeat daily during the novena to deepen your trust in God’s power to transform the impossible.
